Christmas Break - Dec. 22 - Jan. 2
The team Christmas break is scheduled for December 22 (upon completion of the game) to January 2 when the team returns to the ice for practice. Attendance for practice on January 2nd is mandatory and it will be business as usual moving forward in to 2019.
During the week leading to January 2, the players will be provided with some Individual workout assignments (approximately 3-4) that they will have to complete on their own time. It will be the player's responsibility to complete these assignments and submit to the Coaching Staff. It is on the players to return to January 2 with a base of physical conditioning.
