Coaching Staff Announcement
The Sabres team and Raiders Hockey Club would like to wish Coach Jason Nicholetts all the best as he is moving on from the team. Coach Jay spent 2 seasons with the Sabres and served as an instrumental part of developing young hockey players and people during his time with the program. Coach Jay will be moving on to a player agent role with Norton Sports Management. We thank Coach Jay for all the time, effort and commitment he provided to the program.
The Sabres would like to welcome Coach Kalvin Sagert to the 2018-19 Coaching Staff. Kalvin recently played for the Hungarian National Team. Kalvin played pro in the East Coast Hockey League. Kalvin is a graduate of the CIS Lakehead University and WHL alumni of the Kamloops Blazers, P.G. Cougars and Lethbridge Hurricanes.
Coach Blake Bosch will be transitioning in to a new role for the season, a Skills Development Coach.
To round out the staff, Head Coach - Lee Zalasky, Coach - Warren Toews, Coach - Connor Middleton and Goalie Coach - Tanner McCorriston will all be back with the Sabres for the 2018-19 season. Ashley Verbeek will also be back for her 2nd season as the team's Athletic Therapist. Ryan Vigneau and Team RVXFactor are also back as Off-ice Conditioning Coaches.
